Change Management: Leadership in an Increasingly Complex World

Your challenge may be improving the performance of a fast-growing senior living company, accelerating the adoption of workforce programs requiring a major culture shift, or implementing a new leadership development strategy. The fundamental principles of change management are well known. But as the technical, regulatory and competitive environment grows increasingly challenging, the ability to manage change is critical. This session will explore insights into the behaviors, practices, and processes being used by today’s effective change leaders.
