Joseph Jasmon is the Chief Executive Officer of Shepherd Senior Living, a forward thinking Assisted Living organization, focused on integrating technology and personalized care into the lives of seniors and senior housing across the United States. In his role Joseph is responsible for providing overall leadership to the organization and its board of directors. Joseph oversees the growth, development and strategy of the organization, ensuring strong financial performance and outstanding resident care. 

Joseph is one of the most sought after speakers in the areas of personalization, eliminating boundaries, motivating executive teams, leading edge senior living processes and operationalizing financial turnarounds. 

Joseph was most recently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of The LaSalle Group, Inc. In this capacity, he provided top-level leadership to The LaSalle Group’s overall operations and its four divisions. Joseph assured that the highest level of care was being delivered by the operations team and the highest quality outcomes were achieved. Joseph also directed and oversaw the expansion efforts of the business, as well as researching and developing new business opportunities in conjunction with the strategic vision and goals of the company. 

Prior to working in Senior Living Joseph spent 20 years as the CEO and COO of several major healthcare systems and consulting organizations.
